Our qualified Egyptologist will pick you up from your hotel/Nile Cruise at around 7.00am in Luxor to accompany you to discover the ancient sites. We start by visiting Abydos, believed by the ancient Egyptians to be the burial place of the Lord of the underworld. The temple built by King Seti I and completed by King Ramsess II, known as the Temple of Seti I, is located in Abydos city, about 420 km south of Cairo. After exploring Abydos, we journey to Dendera to visit the Temple of Hathor, the goddess of love and joy, located north of Luxor. After your visit, enjoy a comfortable drive back to your hotel/Nile Cruise in Luxor.
